DocUpload Text Notifications

What this program is

DocUpload is the text notification name used by DocChaser (a TerraKode LLC product), the document collection platform your mortgage broker or professional firm uses. DocUpload texts are sent on behalf of the organization that invited you — document requests, upload reminders, and status updates, with secure upload links to docupload.net. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.

How you opt in

After your organization adds you, we send exactly one text:

“DocUpload on behalf of {Organization}: {Organization} invited you to receive document request notifications by text. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply YES to opt in, or STOP to decline.”

We only send you notifications if you reply YES. If you do not reply, you receive no further texts.

It is voluntary

Text notifications are optional and are NOT required to use the DocChaser portal, create an account, or complete any transaction. You receive the same document requests and updates by email and in your portal either way.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation, then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at the support email below.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your data

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the DocChaser service. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
